Responsibilities:- Install and repair various types of siding on residential properties.
- Maintain a high level of craftsmanship, ensuring that all work is completed with precision and quality.
- Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that jobs are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with residents and management to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of your work.
- Identify areas in need of repair or improvement and make recommendations/estimates.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General Liability Preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in siding installation and repair.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
