To complete the 5 hours of courtroom observation and the 60 hours of the required student court reporter internship / transcribing in a courtroom as required for completion / graduation.
Examples of Duties (With or Without Reasonable Accommodations)
5- hour observation of a licensed court reporter in a courtroom.60-hour internship that includes transcribing the court proceeding in a California courtroom.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications (With or Without Reasonable Accommodation)
Must be at least 18 years of age and be enrolled in a stenographic court reporting program. Must clear criminal background check through the California Department of Justice and FBI.
