Job Description
The HVAC Estimator will oversee various unique and specialized projects. The HVAC Estimator will supervise others, organize the various tasks involved in completing a project, and ensure the project is completed on time and within a budget. The coordinator must also supervise and monitor the work of outside contractors and vendors in relation to the project. This position will require project management ranging from small to large scale projects. This position requires that the individual primarily handles special projects focusing on customer relationship, managing sales of the company’s products and services, tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information, while providing customer service. This position reports to the sales manager.

Plan and implement special-projects workflow processes to strengthen department efficiency
Track project progress and maintain budgets
Work collaboratively with Inside Sales Manager to distribute tasks for ensure completion within the scheduled timeline
Resolve conflict
Proactively adopt best practices for each special project
Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale; includes taking phone orders, email or other electronic communication and servicing our walk-in customers.
High energy and a willingness to learn.
Prepare quotes, contracts, and responses for current and potential customers on assigned special projects.
Able to meet deadlines.
Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Operate and Interpret 3D models.
Data entry/Order processing
Solve customer issues and make quick decisions under pressure.
Performing quality control on the project throughout fabrication to maintain the standards expected.
Identifying and managing potential risks of multiple projects
Negotiate Effectively
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

- Highschool Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Project Management, or HVAC trade
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and client relationship expansion.
