Description
We are hiring experienced commercial service plumbers to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service and commercial plumbing repairs to clients. Work schedules are Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday with a two-week training schedule and a three-month probation period. Technicians are issued company vehicles and allowed to start their service routes from their home address or location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of recent experience in commercial plumbing service and repair.
Responsibilities
- Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct
- Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters
- Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes
- Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps or lift stations
- Troubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures, valves, and DWV
- Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines
- Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
- Available to work Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday as your regular shift
- Additional duties assigned as needed to support the operations of the department
