Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! We invite you to join our inside sales team where you’ll experience a world where servant leadership and cutting-edge tools and training come together to support your career growth and financial objectives. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for the overall sales and relationship management efforts for existing and prospective customers. This includes pursuing new customers, deepening and strengthening existing customer relationships. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a book of existing accounts, acquiring new accounts with recurring business and will be managing internal relationships to support the needs of those customers. This in office full time position works to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs.
- Acquire knowledge on the product and services offered by our suppliers providing the customer with options and choices to their program needs.
- Understand and articulate product features and benefits
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships
