Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of the holding company’s consolidated financial statements and footnotes in accordance with US GAAP & IFRS.
- Collect and consolidate financial statements and footnotes from multi-national subsidiaries.
- Provide documentation and support for internal and external audit requests.
- Stay updated on new accounting standards and assist with implementation as needed.
- Strong analytical skills and good work ethics
- Excellent attentiveness to detail
- Strong self-starter and ability to work independently and with little supervision
- Able to meet deadlines given with accurate and complete information
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Bilingual in English and Korean - preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience or knowledge of ERP system and financial reporting tools such as in SAP and OneStream is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 5 or more years as Senior Accountant in a medium to large sized organization
- Accounting experience with multi-national operations is preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
- US GAAP and IFRS experience are preferred
