Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
- In-house processing of new contracts, permits and HOA documents
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and update them appropriately.
- Make outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers
- Receive inbound calls from potential customers.
- Assist operations and sales personnel as needed.
- Perform data entry as needed.
- Use industry specific software to produce materials list
- Process payments
- Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience

- Candidate will be detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in verbal and written communications
- Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
- Proficient in typing and possess strong computer skills -Microsoft, Google Suite
- SOS Inventory experience a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
