Key Responsibilities :
- Subcontractor Recruitment & Onboarding : Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified subcontractors to support our growing demand.
- Subcontractor Management : Build and maintain strong, communicative relationships with subcontractors, serving as their main point of contact for all project-related needs.
- Scheduling & Coordination : Efficiently schedule installations, matching the right subcontractors to each job for timely and quality project completion.
- Project Oversight : Monitor job progress, address any issues promptly, and ensure all projects adhere to company standards for quality.
- Customer Engagement : Collaborate with customers to ensure they're satisfied throughout the installation process and with the final product.
