Pay ranges from $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and customer service support to the outside and sales team
- Making outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Providing support to customers, handle inquiries, and performing data entry
- Assisting operations personnel as needed

Minimum Requirements
- At least two (2) years of customer service experience
- Previous appointment scheduling experience
- Computer skills (Google’s G Suite is preferred)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possess Valid NC DL
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screening
