SFI is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team in our Watsonville headquarters. This position provides comprehensive support and is the subject matter expert for IT business applications, serving as the primary liaison between end-users and IT to ensure the applications meet the needs of the business, and users can perform their roles efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive technical and end-user support including resolution of more complex issues for Microsoft Business Central (BC), Customer Engagement (CE), and other third-party cloud applications (40%)
- Executes regression, integration, and performance testing (20%)
- Monitors system performance and manages EDI platforms, identifies areas for improvement, and resolves data and configuration issues (20%)
- Manages and prioritizes defects and enhancement requests (10%)
- Research and continuing education (10%)
Required Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS in information technology, computer science or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- 3 years experience supporting ERP and CRM systems; Microsoft Business Central (BC) and Customer Engagement (CE) certification and/or experience preferred
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application environments
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools a plus
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset with the ability to relate and communicate with all levels within an organization as well as external vendors, customers, and partners
- Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to quickly switch gears in a rapidly changing and highly variable business environment
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:
The target hiring range for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. Compensation is based on a variety of relevant factors, including prior work experience, skills, professional qualifications, and internal pay equity.
