Superior Gearbox Company has been manufacturing high quality gear drives for power transmission systems since 1975. Our drives include right angle, bevel, worm gear and spindle for various types of on and off-road applications. Superior can also custom design gear drives to meet even the most unique situations…taking products from prototype to final testing.

Salary: $13.87 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
- Overnight shift - 20% differential pay
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper assembly and production
- Set up and adjust tooling for different production runs
- Package finished products according to specifications
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Handle materials and supplies for production processes
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quantities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools and operating machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
Note: This job may require working in a warehouse environment.
