This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Concord, NC. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks including welcoming guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting with booking and scheduling, providing information about our services, and addressing any customer inquiries or issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facilities and providing support during events.
