Responsibilities
- Set-up and Operate Machinery: Execute set-up and safe operations of various machines including Lathes & Milling machines.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics to determine the dimensions and specifications of parts
- Safety: Follow safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE and maintaining and organized work environment
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure conformity to specifications
- Qualifications: Experience with CNC and manual machine tools is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials. Experience with measuring and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.
