Position Details:
- Daily Rate: $220 per day
- Employment Type: W-2 employee position
- Delivery Areas: Northern Kentucky to Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a 26-foot box truck safely, using a spotter when necessary.
- Load, pad, and secure furniture to ensure no damage during transit.
- Deliver and assemble furniture in customers’ homes with precision and professionalism.
- Provide top-notch customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.
- Address delivery challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year driving experience, preferably in white-glove furniture delivery or a similar role.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance is non-negotiable. If you struggle with tardiness or absenteeism, this position is not for you.
- Customer Service: A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and carry heavy items safely, without causing damage to products or property.
- Driving Record: Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) with no more than 2 points.
- Background Check: Must pass a rigorous background screening.
- Drug-Free: This is a drug-free work environment, and candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Determination: This is a demanding job requiring hard work, focus, and dedication to succeed.
