What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Administrator / Dispatcher position at Superior Mechanical?
Superior Mechanical is looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Dispatcher that would like to join our Superior Family.
Office / Service Administrator Duties:
- Receiving incoming service calls, scheduling, dispatching, dispatch board, work orders, billing questions, etc.
- Assist in managing the management team calendars
- Email / text out daily schedule in the afternoon so the service technicians are ready to start working promptly in the morning
- Filing
- Manage on call rotation
- Maintain the customer agreements, including scheduling, staging of materials, data base information, customer files, invoicing
- Work on progress reports and weekly meetings with Branch Manager and Service Manager
Applicants MUST have all of the following qualifications:
- A valid driver’s license is and access to a reliable vehicle
- Compensation is based upon experience.

Monday through Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
