Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and initiative. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates the needs of the CEO, and ensures seamless daily operations.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and optimizing priorities.
- Facilitate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Handle personal tasks for the CEO, including running errands, arranging meals and coffee, coordinating household services, and managing occasional personal travel logistics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication on behalf of the CEO.
