Job Overview
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping roofing projects on track, supporting everything from customer onboarding to final project closeout. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. While experience in the roofing or construction industry is helpful, it’s not required—what matters most is a strong ability to coordinate schedules, manage documents, and keep communication flowing between teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Intake & Customer Onboarding – Ensure all project details are documented, communicate with customers, and help set clear expectations.
- Permits & Compliance – Assist in managing permit applications, inspections, and required documentation to keep projects moving forward.
- Materials & Dumpster Coordination – Confirm material orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure proper site setup before installation.
- Scheduling & Project Support – Work with project managers to schedule crews and maintain an organized workflow.
- Post-Installation & Closeout – Support final inspections, process project documentation, and assist with warranty registrations and customer handoffs.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support; experience in roofing or construction is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to track multiple projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools (AccuLynx, Nobility Inspections, or similar) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Airtable or other low-code/no-code platforms is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and customers.
