Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Assisted Living Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our families and visitors. This role requires strong phone skills, the ability to communicate effectively and to always be friendly and professional.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Maintain an orderly front desk area, ensuring that all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency with phone systems and computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background.
