IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Represent Superior Services RSH with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for relevant exterior improvements.
- Build and expand your referral network to generate future business.
- Reach out to past clients to explore new opportunities to assist them with their building needs.
- Create satisfied customers and earn referrals and positive reviews for Superior Services RSH.
- Engage in networking and marketing events to cultivate relationships.
- Continuously develop your sales skills through professional development and training.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work independently after receiving training.
- A positive, upbeat attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred experience in roofing or construction.
- Comfort with office technology, CRM software, and mobile applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Ability to use ladders for building inspections.
- Organized and capable of following established processes.
This is a commission-only position, offering uncapped earning potential based entirely on your sales performance. Your success is driven by your effort, skill, and determination. Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
