- Pay: $120k-155k annually based on experience
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
- Experience on Aerospace Manufacturing facilities, Commercial or Industrial projects highly preferred
- Participates in project estimating and proposal preparation to the extent required.
- Enter all information for AWA’s meeting minutes and change orders in Procore
- Reviews assigned project(s) after awarded to help define project scope, assist in determining work packages, and to help develop schedules, and budgets.
- Has regular contact with the client representative to obtain the more detailed information required to assure that engineering decisions on project/implementation meet client operational needs and are in line with the contractual scope of work.
- Establishes client liaison network to keep all interested parties informed of project planning, start date, completion date and work progress.
- Manpower, equipment, materials, and quality problems are recognized for timely intervention and resolution.
- Meets with client management periodically during a project’s term to resolve issues and at a project’s completion to obtain final client approvals.
- 5 plus years construction project management experience is required
- 2 plus years' experience on commercial or aerospace manufacturing facilities or industrial projects is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Procore, and MS Office Suite.
