Position : Catering Manager
Location : Brookfield, WI
Reports to : General Manager
Job Summary :
We are currently hiring a Catering Manager that loves to work in the community and build long term relationships. Looking for a fun and outgoing personality, a love for hospitality, an attentive and organized individual.
Catering Manager :
Involved in the Community and delivering food to present the brand.
Build Long Term Relationships with Our Customers
Be involved and Hospitable at catering events.
Administrative duties include : data entry, emails and phone calls.
Attend and participate in weekly meetings and conference calls Intermediate computer skills are required.
Planning Menus and Services :
Collaborate with clients to plan menus that meet their specific needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions.
Work closely with chefs to ensure the menu is feasible within the budget and available resources.
Event Coordination :
Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of catered events.
Ensure that all services are delivered according to the clients expectations.
Quality Assurance :
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Client Relations :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
Promote and market catering services to attract new business.
Inventory Management :
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Order necessary items while keeping within budget constraints.
