Job Summary :
As a Restaurant Manager / AGM you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual restaurant in Davenport, Iowa. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service :
- Ensure that all guests are greeted and served in a friendly and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train and supervise staff on customer service standards and expectations.
- Operations :
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Team Management :
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
- Motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional customer service.
