We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an Upper Midscale Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record of effective leadership, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership :
Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
Implement and maintain high service standards to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Management :
Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and skilled team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Guest Experience :
Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Implement initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Financial Management :
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.
Sales and Marketing :
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and occupancy rates.
Implement strategies to attract new business and retain existing clientele.
Monitor and analyze market trends to stay competitive.
Qualifications :
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years as a Hotel General Manager
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred (Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related)
Understanding of all hotel operations
Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
