Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Christiana, TN
Superior Traffic Control, LLC is the largest traffic control company in the State of Tennessee with regional offices in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Alabama and serves Northern Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication and application to ensure efficient operation of the office and operational goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to copying, faxing, mail distribution and filing.
- Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate arrangements for meetings including meeting logistics, hotel accommodations, food orders, deliveries, and meal accommodations.
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for leadership team.
- Track office inventory and order supplies for multiple locations.
- Coordinate and organize meal reservations/accommodations for leadership team.
- Greet visitors.
- Answer phones promptly and use good judgement to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and activities seamlessly.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
- Assist with overflow work from other departments/locations as needed.
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate College Degree/some college
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite
- Ability to use advanced excel formulas
- Acute attention to detail
- Construction background a plus
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and subject to random screenings
- Able to pass a background check
Compensation Offered:
- Hourly pay based on experience.
- Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
- Eligible for health insurance after 60 days
