Job Description
Superior Wellness is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of premium hot tubs and wellness products. As a rapidly growing company, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a logistics professional to join our dynamic team and help streamline our operations across various distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping Coordination: Create and send packing lists to 3PLs (third-party logistics providers) for containers in transit.
- Order Fulfilment: Generate and send collection notes to 3PLs once partner orders are confirmed and payments received.
- CRM Updates: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate departure dates from 3PLs by processing all invoices.
- Partner Liaison: Communicate with US partners to coordinate prompt delivery or collection of stock.
- Aftersales Support: Assist the aftersales department in dispatching warranty parts from 3PLs to partners, ideally consolidating these with spa shipments.
- Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team with dispatching POS materials from 3PLs, combining these with spa shipments where feasible.
- Account Management Support: Provide assistance to US account managers with stock, ETA inquiries, and delivery updates.
- Vendor Relations: Schedule bi-weekly meetings with US 3PLs to address issues, review operations, and propose improvements.
- Claims Management: Investigate and file claims with 3PLs or transport companies for damages incurred while goods are in their possession.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices related to delivery and dispatch of goods from 3PLs and transport companies.
- Rate Negotiation: Collaborate closely with transport companies to ensure competitive rates for partner shipments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, ideally with a focus on route planning and distribution.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, 3PLs, and external partners.
- Ability to analyse logistics data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues and managing claims.
