Established in 2011 and now owned by the Cotter family, who have been long-time vendors and now proud owners. We aim to create memorable events full of family, fun, and cherished memories for all our guests.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Planner at Superstition Manor. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating events, particularly weddings, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to multitask efficiently to ensure flawless execution of events. Opportunities for growth with the position are available.
Responsibilities Include
1. Creating the Experience- Work with bridal party to personalize their event. This includes but is not limited to:
- Designing tables settings and linens
-Set up and lay out of ceremony, yard decor, dinning and reception
-Coordinate with vendor and client to lay out timeline for event
-Decorate or provide needed details to personalize bridal suite, grooms room and all other same day work.
-Handle the flowers on the centerpieces and set up details such as head table, sign in table, cake table and setting up the ceremony decor.
-In charge of all personal things clients bring in for the wedding day as far as set up.
2. Conduct Tasting- Establish menu for event by scheduling and participating in a tasting event. Consultant will work with client to make choices within their budget and expectations.
3. Provide Additional Client Communications- Meet and communicate with client as needed to insure a successful event and client satisfaction. This includes responding to all client inquires within 24 hours. This also includes the final check in meeting within 30 days of event.
4. Work with Venue Staff- After working with client to establish the plan for the event communicate with all staff and vendors for set up and successful implementation of the event plan.
5. Assist in any way needed to guarantee the successful completion of an event and that clients have an exceptional experience.

- Wedding Planning and Event Planning skills
- Strong customer service skills- especially in de-escalation
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the event planning industry is a plus
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
