About the position:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving success of sales activity. This role will be entrepreneurial and innovative by nature. They will have managed and developed their own sales territory and book of business in the past. They must have demonstrated success in generating and closing business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, effective communication, working well with all levels of internal and external customers, showing initiative, and being highly productive.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:
- Generating new business for International/Domestic/Warehousing.
- Maintaining sales effort through CRM accurate reporting.
- Engaging with the various Operations Teams to lend support for Account Management.
You are a great fit for this role if you have:
- 5 or more years of business development experience in the 3PL/Freight Forwarding space.
- Current market knowledge for the Latin America market relative to US trade.
- Being multi-lingual a plus (Spanish/Portuguese)
