-Position: 2nd shift Inventory Control Clerk
-Shift: Wed-Sat 3pm-1:30am to follow 10-hour shift
-Pay: $22/hr with $.75 shift differential
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate may also possess the following skills: Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control, Material Handler, Loader / Unloader, Equipment Operator, Reach truck, Dock Stocker.
-A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating stand-up material handling equipment is required. This position requires safe and efficient operation of a stand-up Dock Stocker and Reach Truck and first preference will be given to applicants with this experience. Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is also a plus.
- maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system and the customer owned SAP system.
-The position is a combination of equipment operator (30-90% depending on production peak times) but will also require the employee to perform material handling and loading/unloading duties.
-A minimum of 6 month’s experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP is highly preferred.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain inventory records.
- Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
- Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
- Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
- Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
