What are the responsibilities and job description for the SOURCING SUPERVISOR position at Supply Link Inc?

Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sourcing Supervisor.
You will set up sourcing options to meet client and production needs. A set of shipping and supply chain experience, sales skills, and account management skills is ideal for this position.
What you will do :
- Contact potential vendors and add them to our pipeline daily
- Pre-audit potential and current vendors to meet our qualifications
- Get vendors to send samples for evaluation and complete necessary documentation
- Update databases with suppliers and approved / rejected samples
- Negotiate with vendors to secure best prices
- Add client projections into the system for visibility
- Set up 3 vendors per raw material from 3 global regions
- Qualify, establish, and maintain our supply chain
- Analyze and update tools and trackers weekly
- Oversee our sourcing section

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
