Support Feed
Hours: Full-time Exempt
Salary Range: $65,000 - 75,000 (Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location).
Anchor Cities: Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, DC, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, or Virginia Beach.
This is a Hybrid Remote position that requires some commuting to work onsite with local partners in the employee's home city, and occasional travel. Preference will be given to applicants located in one of our anchor cities.

Overview
The Support Feed National Program Manager will work with the S F Program Director, local community coordinators and educational partners to help develop and implement all Support Feed programmatic offerings and refine S F’s organizational infrastructure & processes. This is an exciting time in the growth of the organization and this role will play a critical role in shaping our programs in 2025.
The ideal candidate will possess great people and problem solving skills, be detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities will include working with team members domestically and globally. As a leader within our organization you will be representing S F on a regular basis through daily interactions with external vendors, partners, organizations and restaurants. The ideal candidate is passionate about changing food systems and ensuring healthy, nourishing food is accessible for all.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Programs in the implementation and administration of S F’s plant-based food and education programs across all US cities and globally, which operate through two sleeves: Support Feed and Support Learn;
- Manage all programmatic stakeholders including our local coordinators, community organization partners, restaurant representatives and volunteers to implement meal deliveries, educational experiences and other programmatic operations in each city and supervise vendors/partners as needed;
- Support the Director of Programs in the creation of educational resources and curriculum, and lead the facilitation and implementation of the Support Learn program;
- Work with team to establish a workflow for program data collection, testimonial gathering, and impact evaluation, and lead on ensuring that it is implemented and tracking to identified KPI’s;
- Plan, organize and execute cooking demonstrations, community conversations and other localized events;
- Lead educational opportunities and implementation with corporate partners, music festivals and venue activations;
- Collaborate with teams across departments as needed to prepare grant applications and ensure compliance;
- Other job duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge and experience around plant-based eating and education;
- Professional experience working with or within school, community organizations, or cultural institutions preferred, but not required;
- Experience or knowledge of nutritional education is a plus;
- Experience within the nonprofit sector, and/or collective impact is a plus;
- Excellent organizational, project management, data, administrative, & time-management skills;
- Experience building workflow systems and designing tool kits, curriculum and program material;
- Strong team orientation, relationship-building, negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Ability to work diplomatically with colleagues, volunteers, and partners;
- Comfort working with the public in person, on the phone, and online;
- Able to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy;
Travel & Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- This is a Hybrid Remote position that requires commuting to work onsite with local partners and occasional travel.
- The usual and customary methods of performing the job's essential functions require the following physical demands: Ability to occasionally lift 30 lbs., walk long distances, sit and stand for periods of time, and operate a computer.
