Permanent - Medical Director | Primary Care | Richmond, VA | Making over $300,000

Center Medical Director – Primary Care Outpatient – Richmond, VA

COMPENSATION : $280,000-$300,000 Bonus’ Total comp. well over $300,000

Clinic offers :

In-house Consulting Specialist : Cardiology, Podiatry and more
Holistic Health Services : Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and Nutrition
Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber / Lyft)

Responsibilities

Hours : Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a – 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)

Work / Life Balance

Small Patient Panel – 60-90 patients’ max

Manage PCP’s and NP’s

Patient Population : Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Value Based Care

Qualifications

Board Certified / Board Eligible in : FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine

MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.

At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.

Leadership experience preferred.

Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
