What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Support Professional position at Supporting Independence, LLC?
Supporting Independence LLC is seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our Remote Support Professionals team. We ask for some scheduling flexibility for our remote monitoring center and rotating weekends are required.
The Remote Support Professional provides monitoring, from our monitoring center (this is not a work from home opportunity and is not a call center), to ensure the health and safety of adults with developmental disabilities living in the community. RSP's also provide reminders and verbal prompting to complete daily tasks, maintain a routine and assistance in emergency situations.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- Clean drug screen and criminal history
- 1 year of experience as a Direct Support Professional
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable with technology and artificial intelligence
- Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer
Full-Time work for Supporting Independence, LLC is a base schedule that has 30 hours and over.

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
