*This role entails being mobile and serving clients one-on-one, out in the community. You must have a car and the ability to meet with clients where they are in the community.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION FOR THE HOUSING CASE MANAGER POSITION:

Four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days

Monday-Friday/Daytime Hours (Flexible Schedule - build your own schedule within business hours)

$20.00 - $22.00/hour with several pay increase opportunities starting at 6 months
- Benefits: Health, Dental, PTO, 401K and more (after 90 days of full-time employment)

Mileage reimbursement

Work up to two days from home after successful completion of introductory period
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HOUSING CASE MANAGER POSITION:

Driver’s license

Reliable Vehicle

Ability and willingness to transport clients

Ability to present in a professional manner

Professionalism in written and verbal communication

College degree and/or six months working in the human services field

As a Housing Stability Case Manager, you will improve the quality of life in our community by breaking the cycle of instability. Our goal is housing stability, and we help our clients pursue this by coaching on the following:

Successful rent payment

Lease adherence
-
Healthy relationships with property management, neighbors, and key stakeholders

Location satisfaction
You will help clients create an individualized plan to identify and overcome barriers that have kept them from building long-term stability. Over half of your time will be spent working with clients in their own homes and the rest will be spent in the office working on their behalf. While you will be working independently, you will have a team of housing case managers on the same mission as you to help troubleshoot problems and provide support.
