IT Technician (Entry Level)

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

• Monday Friday, daytime hours

• Pay - $20-$23/hour, depending on experience

SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proof of valid drivers license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to drive to SLS sites.

• 6 months of professional work experience (in any field, IT preferred)

• Ability lift and carry IT equipment through buildings, in and out of vehicles, and up and down stairs

This is a great opportunity to begin a career in IT within a growing small company that offers a lot of support and development. The role entails a variety of tasks, such as serving as Tier 1 helpdesk support for internal users, completing equipment handoff and training with new team members, maintaining IT equipment inventory, and traveling to all SLS sites for equipment replacement and/or troubleshooting.

Youd be joining an established in-house IT department and will receive ample training on our systems and processes before going live in the role. We are very collaborative and focus on providing great internal customer service.
