The Role : Program Manager, SSVF Richmond / Charlottesville, VA
What You'll Do : Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you'll oversee all supportive services, programs and teams to ensure successful design and implementation of program policies / procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage program expansions, launch / development of new programs, establish processes, workflows, goals & benchmarks, reviewing / monitoring program effectiveness, goals, objectives and contractual outcomes to improve program performance
- Conduct / document quarterly program audits, in-person housing quality inspections and participant satisfaction surveys
- Lead, mentor & supervise staff, volunteers and interns, conducting supervision and one-on-one sessions, performance planning and training programs
- Conduct and oversee hiring and onboarding of new hires following program and agency policies / procedures
- Identify, build and maintain community relationships with landlords and service organizations related to the target population
