Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Roofing Sales Representatives who have a proven track record in the roofing industry. This role requires door-to-door lead generation, roof inspections, meeting with insurance adjusters, and closing deals independently. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, knowledgeable about the insurance claims process, and skilled at building customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Knock doors, canvass neighborhoods, and generate leads independently.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a steady flow of potential clients.
- Roof Inspections: Assess storm damage, take photos, and document findings.
- Insurance Claim Assistance: Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
- Meeting with Adjusters: Represent homeowners during insurance inspections to ensure fair assessments.
- Closing Deals: Present estimates, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales.
- Customer Relations: Provide excellent service before, during, and after the project.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in roofing sales (minimum 1-2 years required).
✔ Ability to generate leads independently – this is NOT a company-provided lead position.
✔ Strong knowledge of roofing systems, storm damage, and insurance claim processes.
✔ Experience inspecting roofs and working with insurance adjusters.
✔ Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Highly self-motivated with a hunter’s mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.
✔ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
✔ Comfortable climbing roofs for inspections.
