Compensation : Weekly base pay of $600 plus commissions

We are seeking a talented and motivated Swimming Pool Designer and Sales Representative to join our team in the Orlando and Tampa areas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing custom swimming pools tailored to client specifications and driving sales through effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to design personalized swimming pools that meet their needs and preferences.
- Present design proposals and cost estimates to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to provide clients with the best solutions.
