Job Duties and Qualifications
- Must have excellent attendance!
- Works in all production areas; EXTREMELY cold and EXTREMELY hot environments
- Must be able to perform repetitive work
- Reports food and quality issues to personnel with authority to initiate action
- Supports pre-op and daily operations
- Maintains clean & organized workspace
- Focuses on producing quality products in an efficient, effective manner
- Maintains a fast speed
- Sorts food to customer specifications including weight
- Packs bags into boxes, sealing boxes, palletizing and shrink wrapping
- Follows all facility safety and security procedures
- Arrives on time for the shift and stays until shift completion
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Thorough understanding of safety and health laws, regulations, and policies
- Thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost management, and other effective manufacturing and distribution techniques
- Must be able to work 1st Shift - 4 Ten Hour Shifts 6:30am-5:00pm
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
- Capable of lifting 65 pounds
- Good hygiene and appropriate apparel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
