Are you a motivated individual with a passion for influencer marketing, relationship building, and affiliate partnerships? We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Affiliate Account Manager to support our dynamic affiliate program at Supreme Ecom !
At Supreme Ecom, we are a leading e-commerce consulting organization known for our innovation, exceptional products, and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Junior Affiliate Account Manager, you will work closely with our Affiliate Marketing Manager to onboard micro and macro influencers, manage relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding micro and macro influencers for our affiliate marketing programs.
Support contract negotiations, commission tracking, and relationship management with influencers and affiliates.
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers to drive engagement and maximize performance.
Monitor and report on influencer campaign performance, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
Help implement marketing initiatives, including promotions, incentives, and contests, to engage influencers and affiliates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and operations for effective influencer campaigns.
Stay informed of the latest trends in influencer and affiliate marketing, adapting strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements :
Proven experience in influencer or affiliate marketing, with a focus on relationship building and account management.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing principles, campaign management, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and commission tracking systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain productive relationships with influencers and affiliates.
Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify trends, and optimize influencer campaigns for success.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple influencer accounts and meet deadlines.
Experience :
- Experience in relationship building and account management.
- Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing influencer programs or similar roles.
- Marketing experience, particularly in digital and social media environments.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m., 40-50 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
