Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Population Serves: Adults, and Families
Reports to: Director of Operations
Definition: An Office Administrator is an individual who handles the daily clerical and administrative task.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
This position is a full-time position. The Office Administrator will report to the Director of Operations.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Extends professional interpersonal skills when interacting with employees, participants, participants’ families, visitors, and coworkers confidentially.
· Facilitate and coordinate quality assurance and quality improvement strategies based on components pertaining to resident satisfaction, employee satisfaction, process/system refinement, and financial impact.
· Conducts and schedule training, enforces compassion, positivity, respectful communication, responsibility, trust, community, safety, respect, teamwork, partnership, service, integrity, efficiency, and financial responsibility.
· Report accurate and important information to facilitate effective and efficient client’s participation.
· Stay abreast of changes within the industry to educate staff on all major changes and/or changes to policy.
· Assist in the financial and operational performance of the facility providing innovative ways to increase revenue.
· Apply problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Other Duties as Required
Required Knowledge of:
· Adult, Child, and Adolescent development/needs/behavior
· Medicare, Medicaid, SC Healthy Choice, and other Insurance Panels
· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Office duties, policies, procedures, and protocol
Minimum Qualifications:
· 2 years’ similar administrative office role
· Strong attention to detail
· Expense reporting experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel as well as Medicaid Portals (i.e. Healthy Connections, Phoenix, Therap, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
