Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing your skills in lawn care and landscape maintenance to ensure that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.
Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf.
- Assist in landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, and weeding.
- Carry out tree trimming and tree care services to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor spaces clean and inviting.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of garden care practices including plant identification and maintenance is beneficial.
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively and safely in various landscaping tasks.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work are essential for success in this role.
