Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS systems such as Paylocity.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training development.
- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, turnover rates, and satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies throughout HR processes.
- Participate in succession planning and strategic planning initiatives to align workforce needs with organizational goals.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and training programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including documentation and reporting.
Skills
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and interviewing techniques.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
