Responsibilities
- Operate and set up press brake machines to fabricate metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve any issues that arise during production.
Qualifications
- Proficient in operating press brake machines and CNC equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Experience with fabrication, tooling, and quality inspection
- Familiarity with relevant premium skills like CNC programming and GD&T
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
