Job Requirement:
Supreme Marine is a growing organization and is hiring for multiple positions in both our Minneapolis location, and Stillwater location. The positions to be filled require a range of experience for the right individuals. This range is from beginning level to the experienced certified with specific required certifications. The right individual must understand merit-based employment and have strong morals and the willingness to perform daily, meeting the requirements of the organization.
Training will be a continued requirement for all positions, this will include online schooling and potential classroom.
Job Summary:
This role requires a customer service aptitude and passion for quality work performed, and a passion for the marine industry.
Duties will include, not limited to the following:
- Show up for work at the location on time as required.
- Take direction and responsibility and perform to meet the obligations as required.
- Work as a team member and support a positive work environment.
- Complete any required online schooling and classroom as requested, then apply it daily in job performance.
- Job duties as directed and may include the following:
- Greet customers with a positive inviting attitude.
- Learn the customers’ needs and help them.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls.
- Write a service order using the company software.
- Coordinate service repair orders with technicians so work is completed as desired.
- Assist customers with parts needs.
- Place parts orders with approved vendors.
- Receive part orders using the company software system.
- Complete inventory reviews as scheduled
- Maintain a clean healthy work environment.
- Assistance with motor, boat, and major unit sales.
- Read and understand part and accessory catalogs.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Standing, walking, using ladders, and lifting 35lbs with no limitations or concerns.
- Assist with trade shows as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Strong Communication Skills Required: Phone; Verbal; Reading, E-Mail; Customer Service
Skills Required: Writing; Computer; Mobile Devices; Basic Mathematics
Compensation: Compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to work history, performance, certifications, full-time and part-time employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
