As a Call Center Supervisor, your day starts by diving right into the action, overseeing a motivated team of customer service representatives. You lead by example, providing the guidance and support your team needs to hit performance goals and deliver outstanding service. Throughout the day, you manage escalated customer issues, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining high standards. You also follow up with customers, ensuring they're completely satisfied with their service. By monitoring the team's daily activities, you help create a positive and productive work environment where everyone thrives.
Schedule: This is a full-time role, with flexible shifts within the hours of 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
The Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in call center management or leadership roles in customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet performance goals
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
