Schedule :
Monday - Friday - Fully onsite
8 AM - 5 PM or 7 AM - 4 PM (Flexible)
Compensation :
60K - $80K
Position Overview :
In this role, we are looking for a Key Account Manager that is highly motivated and data-driven to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, ensuring their success, and driving revenue growth. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for eCommerce, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
Manage complex problem resolution and strategic escalations
Create, document and maintain client programs, processes, and procedures.
Requirements :
Full-time on-site McDonough, GA required
Proven experience in account management, logistics, or a related role
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
