Pay : $20
Schedule : 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm M-F
Location : Memphis, TN

Position Scope :
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and follow-through from initial contact to final delivery.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and contractors in the field.
Pack, carry, and inventory personal property damaged by water, fire, or mold incidents.
Safely remove affected items, including furniture, electronics, clothing, bedding, drapes, and rugs, from homes.
Perform packing and moving tasks, including full house pack-outs when necessary.
Inventory, track, and document items throughout the production process.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage multiple job files and assignments efficiently.
Be available for on-call, after-hours emergency response.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
Qualifications :
Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to manage production tasks, prioritize assignments, and stay organized.
People-oriented with a professional demeanor
