The Company:
Supreme Roofing is locally owned and operated, our New England office is located in Chicopee, MA. We specialize in commercial roofing repairs/maintenance, roof replacement, snow removal, roof restoration, custom copper fabrication, slate and copper repair, new construction and more.
The Position:
We are seeking a Service Foreman who will report to our Service Department Manager in charge of providing roof maintenance and service to local facilities. A Service Foreman oversees Service Technicians to ensure all work meets and exceeds roofing industry standards. Duties can include roof removal, snow removal, roof surface preparation, sheet metal preparation and install, coating application, etc.
Responsibilities:
As a Service Foreman we ask that you:
- Adhere to strict industry safety requirements.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Communicate daily with the Service Department Manager.
- Diagnose leaks and problems.
- Develop a scope of repairs.
- Perform leak investigations and repairs.
- Ability to document all repairs and findings through a mobile application.
- Ability to use an iPhone – Provided by company
Requirements/Preferences:
- A driver’s license is required.
- Experience in the commercial roofing industry is required.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Must be over the age of 18.
Compensation to be determined based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Roofing: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- OSHA 10 (Preferred)
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Chicopee, MA 01020 (Required)
