Certifications (desired) :

  • DoDAF experience or other Federal Enterprise Architecture certification
  • Azure and or AWS Cloud Architect Certifications
  • Security Certification
  • ITIL Certification
  • Agile Certifications

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads solutioning with technical subject matter experts for inclusion in proposal responses and white papers that meet the customer’s requirements and positions SuprTEK’s with competitive advantage.

  • Support business and capture development with the line of business organizations to create holistic teaming, technical solutions, and pricing for Federal customers pursuits.
  • Support development of technical marketing materials and presentation of materials to Government and Teaming Partners
  • Evaluate and select from existing and emerging technologies / options best fitting business and IT strategic needs and play a primary role in technical evaluation of solutions including developing proof-of-concept solutions in the lab
  • Develop solution blueprint(s) and integration strategies leading story-boarding and solution brainstorming sessions
  • Lead development of enterprise solutions for proposals and serve as a Technical Volume Lead, adhering to the solicitation requirements and developing a technical volume outline with the proposal team.
  • Define standards, guidelines and best practices to fit and use technologies within Information Systems and logical systems
  • Introduce and incorporate mature industry and Government processes, methodologies best practices and certifications guidelines, including ITIL, ISO, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Open Web Application Security Project and CMMI

    • POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum active Secret clearance
  • Experience supporting / leading large-scale proposal efforts, comprising a diverse team of technical and operational specialists, and involving the development of novel or innovative solutions
  • Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, bid data processing as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

    • Strong oral and written communications skills with experience developing white papers and briefings to recommend solutions to stakeholder.
