Responsibilities:
- Automotive and Residential Lockouts: Provide fast and quality services for customers locked out of their vehicles or properties.
- Emergency Services: Provide emergency lockout services and support, ensuring quick and efficient access for clients in urgent situations.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service calls, clearly communicating with clients about the services being performed, and offering security tips and advice as needed.
- System: Maintain an accurate record of completed jobs in our client tracking system.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience as a locksmith or any relevant technical experience will be an asset (but not required).
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation will be an asset (but not required).
